I believe divorce doesn’t have to equal devastation for families. While divorce is undeniably hard, with the right kind of information and support, you have the ability to be your child’s absolute best resource during this time. As a coach with 20+ years of experience, I offer short-term support for separating or divorced parents who are committed to getting it right for their kids. If you feel stuck, frustrated by your co-parenting situation, tired of struggling with a high conflict coparent or are worried about your divorce is affecting your children, I can help.

In addition to being a professional, I’m also a child who grew up with divorced parents and a bonus mom. I know first-hand how challenging parenting out of two homes can be and how incredibly important the choices you’re making right now are for your family.

I love what I do and have a profound respect for the parents I coach. Opening up your life to a perfect stranger takes a lot of courage and trust. When people choose to work with me, I consider it an honor.

In my coaching practice, I am committed to providing a judgment-free zone where you can dig deep and take an honest look at what’s working and what’s not. Together, we’ll identify roadblocks and develop strategies for dealing with those issues, as well as, outline your next step for taking action. At the end of the session, you’ll leave the call with ideas you can put into practice as soon as you hang up the phone.

I tackle a wide range of coparenting issues related to separation and divorce, from beginning stages to years down the road. Some of the most common issues I deal with are: discipline differences, high-conflict coparents, alienation/hostile-aggressive parenting, transitioning between two homes, managing coparenting challenges such as addiction, mental health or rejection of a parent by a child, blending families, step-parenting and talking to children about divorce.
