Jacqueline Yocom LCSW
I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) and work with individuals, parents, and families. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and client centered. I believe in providing the space for you to open up will allow the healing process in understanding your problems and finding solutions. This involves working together to build healthy patterns and coping skills in your life. I believe in this work and helping people to find hope in their lives. Choosing to start therapy might be difficult, but I will be there to explore the struggles that led you to seek out support.
I utilize a person-centered therapeutic approach, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches. I am trained in CBT evidenced based practices and maternal mental health. I have experience with children, parents, and families in building communication skills and improving relationships. My work with individuals has helped my clients to manage stress, improve mood, and increase quality relationships.
